We will happily accept an Exchange or Refund on all full priced items still in New, Unworn and Resellable condition with tags still attached.

You have 28 calendar days from the date of purchase to issue your return and must have a purchase reciept. 

Please note that there is No Refund or Exchange on Clearance Items.

Due to hygiene issues, there is No Exchange or Refund on Intimates.

Garment Care

1. We recommend a gentle machine wash cycle or hand wash with cold water and a delicate or natural washing liquid/powder. 

To cut back on micro-fibre pollution we suggest to wash inside a GUPPYFRIEND

 
2. Dry in a shady spot preferably on a coat hanger. Making sure to gently pull the garment into shape lengthwise to avoid any shrinkage. Please do not tumble dry as excessive heat may cause fibers to shrink.

3. We love the un-ironed look, but you may gently iron on a low setting if needed.

4. Avoid wrining or crushing your garments and keep out of direct sunlight to retain the natural colours

DHL Express International Delivery is our reccomended shipping option for tracability and reliablilty. Price will calculated at check out.
Rates will usually be between $15 - $30 and delivery time 3 - 5 Days depending on your location and size of parcel.

Please note:

• International orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
• All international customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
• Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
• Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery and process any customs duties and import taxes.
• Once dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Indigo Luna.
• A signature is not required by most postal authorities, generally you will have a default Authority To Leave or Return to Postal Office option.
• We will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

Tencel Care

Tencel is made from cellulose in wood pulp, which is harvested from  tree-farmed trees. Cellulose is the natural polymer that makes up the living cells of all vegetation. The tree farms have been established on land unsuitable for food crops or grazing.

The fiber is produced via an advanced ‘closed loop’ solvent spinning  process, with minimal impact on the environment and economical use of  energy and water. The solvent used in the process is toxic but 99% is  recovered and continually recycled.

Gentle hand-wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Drip dry. To prevent Micro-Fibre pollution, we suggest to wash your garments inside a GUPPYFRIEND.

Tencel will shrink about 3% with the first washing and will resist  shrinking from then on. All Indigo Luna garments have already been  pre-shrunk with one gentle wash cycle

If you must touch up the garment with an iron, use a warm iron only. Too much direct heat may scorch the fabric.

One of the properties of Tencel is its potential to fibrillate.  Fibrillation is where the wet fiber, through abrasive action, develops  micro-fibrils (or tiny fibers) on its surface and beomes a little  'fluffy'. Please take care to only hand wash these garments and be gentle, especially when the garment is wet.
